Resolved Question: How do scouted for baseball?

See i didn't attend my freshman year for baseball but the team is horrible . I am a really good player (im not bragging) and my high school is a school that i dint think any scouts would look at . So i really want to get into the pros from high school but i don't think i am because my high school is not recognized . And what if the college that im going to isn't NCAA . The college is NJCAA .
